My name is Kie Yavorsky; I go by "Yavo," and after my eight years of active duty service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, I wanted to find a fun book to teach my kids about our state parks. I couldn't find any good books. So, I decided to create my own! As a homeschooling family, we love to visit state parks, enjoy nature, and learn about our great country's history. I like to make these trips into learning adventures for my kids, so I'm making books with quizzes at the end for young readers to show what they learned. They can even get a certificate! This way, parents and kids can remember what they learned and parents have a record of their academic accomplishments. You could even keep the certificates for your homeschooling records!
